Postage

All products to the United Kingdom will be delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of the order. Where this is not possible we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside UK.

All post & packaging costs quoted are for UK delivery only. My products are either sent Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery or Fed Ex and appropriate packaging for each item. For overseas delivery, please contact us to discuss any additional charges. Postage costs are determined by weight. P&P costs are reduced for multiple items bought please contact us for details

Damaged Goods and Out of Stock Products

If part of your order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to discuss what you want us to do. If you want to receive a part order with more to follow, this can be arranged. There is usually no additional delivery charge. If for any reason it is necessary to make a charge, we will inform you before processing your order. This gives you the option to cancel. All breakages must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the Product.

Refunds

We will repay any amounts paid by you to us for returns and damaged items accepted by us within 30 days of return.

Returns

If you need to return an item; please contact us on returns@raffertyhome.com.uk. All items purchased at Rafferty are covered by our 7 day unconditional money-back guarantee*.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any delivery charges). When you have contacted us. Please include your Name and Address in with the parcel you are returning. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault.
